Lice and how to deal in the cold temps.

Here I buy Gordon's permethrin spray concentrate at the local TSC's, about $7 for 8 oz. of concentrate, that makes many many gallons of spray.
Check at your local farm stores first!
I don't do goats, but can you use Ivermectin pour-on for them? It's not approved for chickens, but maybe for goats? With restrictions about milking, etc, and meat.

Hi..I have 2 things..first.. I am also dealing with lice, but with my goats..so I’m hoping it doesn’t go further...what site did you find the permarithin? Everyone suggested I use Cylense..but with shipping it’s $30..#2. I am also in NW PA. I’m in Kane..pretty cold here too..where are you? Ok.. I agree with everyone else..use the spray right away
I’m near meadville....found at tractor supply...look on their website

See, yes, my doe is pregnant..so no ivermectin...and honestly..some of the people on my goat forum are not nice because I don’t know what to do because I’m new...but that’s why I’m on the forum...I’m just glad it’s not that way here!!
 
I sprayed everyone down and I was able to spray the shed down as well...left the doors open. Everyone was soaked from the rain so I figured what’s a little more wet! :) fingers crossed this works lol
Let me know since I’ll probably have to do my chickens after my goats!
