Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

(wait. I already said Hector seared it, didn't I?)
Hector walked with her down to the kitchen. "I seared the meat, but I'm not sure what to do next." he said. (Gah, my spacebar is sticking!)
"Well, first we need to boil some water, about 1 gallon for a stew," Persepolis replied. "We'll have to find a pot, though. There's probably one somewhere in this kitchen."

Eva smiled and picked up the doe with Lucas, walking back to the cabin with it, proud of their catch.
Lucas helped her carry the deer, and they quickly entered camp again.
He soon noticed that River still sat on the steps, reading her book.
~
River looked up and raised an eyebrow. "Nice catch."
"Thank you, River. We would have never caught it if Eva hadn`t have blinded it." Lucas replied.

Eva looked at the floor when she saw River. Another smirk and her cheeks would turn a flaming red.

River barely fought off a smirk. They are so cute together. She snickered in her head. She closed her book and put it in her jacket. "Welp, I`m heading off." Lucas didn`t hear her though, he and Eva were already past her. She rose to her feet and began to walk into the forest. Maybe she would go to the wolves, or find somewhere were there was no other Aves so that she could sing.
She went aways, and leaned her back up against a tree before realizing she was alone- alone with Horius roaming around. She made up her mind that she wouldn`t go farther and would keep an eye out, when she got back, she would tell Xylo she wasn`t thinking.
Before she even knew it, notes were rising into the air from her mouth.
"Just fight a little longer my friend
It's all worth it in the end
But when you got nobody to turn to
Just hold on, and I'll find you
I'll find you
I'll find you
Just hold on, and I'll find you
"
She sang, but quiet enough that only someone very close would hear her. The camp certainly couldn`t.
(@HoodedHuntress Can you have Xylo have followed her?)
