Eva nodded, having heard the full roundup. After a bit, she responded softly “Thank you Lucas. I owe you so much. If I can ever do anything for you...I’ll do it no questions asked.” She offered him a sweet smile, before asking “So what about yourself? What are you like?”

Lucas smiled. "Well, I`m probably one of the three who don`t kill a lot... I`m not the best person to ask about himself."

River glanced her and Xylo`s room, that they stood alone in. "Where is he? Lucas never disappears for more than a hour! and it`s been six!"

Lucas smiled. "Well, I`m probably one of the three who don`t kill a lot... I`m not the best person to ask about himself."

Eva nodded, finding more respect in him, as he didn’t kill for sport. She admitted “Me neither. I’m not a killer, but I’ll do it if the time calls for it.” She spread her wings, looking back at them and at how much she loved them. As if I’m instinct, she thanked “Thank you for these. They’re beautiful.”

Xylo frankly didn’t know, and asked quietly “Do you want to go on a search for him? I can scout the area if you want.” He didn’t want her to worry more, and Lucas was one of the few things she had left to hold on to.

Eva smiled at his humbleness, before asking quietly “Do you think they’ll be worrying about you? I don’t want them to get worked up because you’ve been out a while.” She looked down at her hands, concerned, as small rays of light, which she could control, emitted from themz

Xylo frankly didn’t know, and asked quietly “Do you want to go on a search for him? I can scout the area if you want.” He didn’t want her to worry more, and Lucas was one of the few things she had left to hold on to.

River looked at him. "That would be great. I`ll come too. Thank you. Speaking of scouting..." Her voice drifted off and she slumped onto one of the two beds. "Snap! I didn`t go look for Eclipsa with Luna..." She sighed. "I`m terrible at this. At being a leader."

Lucas nodded. "They will. River is probably having a heart attack, since I`ve been out for six hours and usually come back within one..."

Hector swung his club over his shoulder, after looking at Persepolis's carrier. "I like the feel of it over my shoulder." he explained. As they got deeper into the forest, he carefully stepped, so as to avoid making too much noise.

Hector guffawed as Persepolis said something. the hunt had gone well. They had a rabbit apiece, and he had nabbed a nasty raccoon who decided they looked like they needed harassing. They'd be able to make a nice stew, especially with all the herbs Persepolis had found. She had shown him a lot of interesting herbs and told him about them. He couldn't keep them all straight.(is that ok? I was thinking maybe they found some queen Anne's lace tubers and stuff.)

Persepolis smiled, glad to have made Hector laugh. They had been out for a couple of hours, but it was worth it. She was happy with their catch and what they had foraged, she hadn't been sure that they were going to get much if anything.
Her stomach growled loudly. Persepolis shook her head with a goofy smile, "Guess I'm hungrier than I thought I was," she told Hector. "That was a lot of fun, I'm glad we didn't come up empty-handed. And nice job getting that raccoon! It had that coming," she laughed.
