She's very pretty! I had a similarly colored cockerel that I had to get rid of last spring. He was almost identical, but his entire wings were red.

Pullet

My 11 week old pullet looks like that but her plumage is brown and gold

So I guess even EE hens can have red on their wings then

Yah, especially the brownie types, but if you get big red blotches that's a dead giveaway for a boy... like this one:

Those are red boy blotches. OP's birdie looked more evenly distributed plus she didn't have the boy comb so I probably would have made a tentative pullet guess (but I'm no expert!)..
