Lighter-than-air pan rolls

Well, since I made up my grape jelly in the middle of the night...couldn't sleep

I decided to make up some rolls for dh. He couldn't get over these rolls. He said, these are like my mother used to make but we only had them at Christmas time. I told him he could have them every day of the week if he wanted them now. He said he would weigh 300 pounds if that happened. LOL thanks for recipe, I brushed them with honey butter. Half for rolls and half for sandwich rolls.

they look like the rolls the cafateria ladies used to make for us all those thousands of years ago! I do not eat wheat, but I printed out the recipe so my son can enjoy them like I used to.
mmm, I hope I can do that without falling off of the wheat wagon.
