Limping chicken

We have a hen that has been limping for a couple of weeks, and I have a feeling that she hurt her leg running from our rooster that is no longer with us. She doesn't want to put much pressure on it, and she kind of flings it out in front of her as she walks. Her leg doesn't seem to be getting any better, but she acts normal, otherwise. Any ideas what could be wrong with it, or how I can help her?

Did you inspect the foot well to rule out bumble.foot or mites?

Her foot is completely normal looking and she doesn't have mites. I forgot to mention that she doesn't seem to be able to grip her roost with that foot, but she can spread it out normally when she walks.
