Limping chickens...help please

Hi All, I’m new to this feed but after some advice please. My 20 wk hen started limping 2 weeks ago, holding right leg up but eating/drinking as normal. we monitored her then took her to vets as her hock joints looked swollen. Prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatories. Vet said to leave her roaming with other chickens. After 5 days of meds- no improvement. I’m weighing her everyday and no weight loss. No deterioration in condition but no improvement. No bumblefoot/mites/sign of injury. Any advice on where I go next?

I would go back to the vet and tell her the medicine isn't helping
