I think it's safe to say that before euthanizing her, just break the egg.  If it''s that far down, her chances of infection are probably lower than if it was high up.  Breaking the egg may save her.

How would I do that without a syringe to drain the egg first?

Break it any way you can. Hopefully you can take 2 fingers and squeeze until it breaks, it's a last chance. You don't need a syringe, it will just drain out.
