I have pips!!! Woo hoo! 6 of the 10 have pipped at some point today between 2 pm and now. I'm so excited. One pipped between 10 and 10:30... Come on chickies! This is the worst so far. I know I'm going to be up every few hours to check on the progress. I have to work tomorrow so I'm hoping I get some hatched before I have to leave for work. Thanks MJ... I'll make sure I post some. I hope they end up as pretty as their parents. What are you hatching MJ?

Oh I hope so. I'm so impatient. I was trying to think of ways to speed them along... drew a big blank... oh well. I must wait I suppose. I am just putting a warm wet wash cloth over the eggs while I turn the ducks for now. Soon, I won't have to worry about it though!!

Wow... you have lots coming. I haven't heard peeping yet. Mille Fleur D'Uccles are what that little roo was that you had that had the eyelid problem isn't it?

no, that was Popeye, his inner eyelid never opened. he was a Serama.

the Mille Fleurs are the little ones that are in the large dog cage, that got kicked out of their house!

they are getting a new house in the paddock. Pierre and Colette...

they are non bearded MFD's...you have met them...

Aren't they supposed to come out the bigger end? I see tiny cracks towards the smaller end.
