Actually it looks more like a black widow as I see it appears to have 8 legs. Insects only have 6. Could be wrong - it's happened before

We have those too. I always heard them called potato bugs. I was told they were poisonous, so I have the kids wear shoes outside all the time now. We all hate shoes in my house. But then again I grew up in the desert, running around barefoot and never got bit. Spiders just think I must tate good, that's what always gets me.

This is my recent find. No, it wasn't me that caught it and yes, we released him into the wild when the photo shoot was over - far, far into the wild

This is a sun spider and they have a wicket bite, though, I believe, non toxic.

the above is EXACTLY what i find in my house in the spring!!! they do bite hard! but no they arent poisonous.

ok let's just say that if a bug has the audacity to invade my home its going to die.
There is no releasing of anything no way no how I hate bugs

Purr I understand I hate bugs, but I have become more accustomed to them out of necessity otherwise I would be a basket case where I live.
