Look What I found in the old shed!!! Liked to jumped out of my skin

I think that must be their "Scary! Boo!" face! Very interesting.

But no, if I thought it was a Mountain Lion I would not have looked. I would have peed my pants and then ran home!

Wouldn't you? I mean how many of us get to see a mountain lion up close outside of a zoo? I'd be looking.

You DON'T want to see a mountain lion up close. Of all the wildlife to see up close, a mountain lion should be the LAST. They WILL kill/eat you.

That said, you have a better chance of being killed by your neighbors dog (probably because there's a better chance at confrontation).

I had something similiar happen to me. I was searching around in the evening in the top of my Grandparents barn for something when I heard a strange sound and an awful smell. I looked and could barely make out what you saw, baby blackhead vultures.

Suddenly, something large swooped out of the dark towards my head, I ducked

and a parent landed within two feet of me and projectile vomited pink vomit towards me.

I got the message

, left them alone, and washed my pants. Evidently that is how they protect their young.

But they are cute and like someone else mentioned the adults are really neat to watch in flight.

Ok, so what did you do with the little guys?
I totally agree, they are so ugly they are adorable, LOL..

We have had several mountain lion sightings around here and several horses and cows severely hurt or killed within the last month. That being said, if it was me who heard that noise I would have gone and gotten my rifle before I took a peek, LOL...
