Welll, we made it home a little while ago. Getting it onto the trailer wasn't that big of a deal, it was getting into and then out of the lady's back yard. The opening wasn't quite 9' wide and the trailer is 8' wide. It took some clever moving on my DH's part, but he did get it out and get it home in one piece. (Even though we could only do about 40 mph...lol)
The sad thing is that I have lost my newly aquired coop to my 4 yr. old little boy for a playhouse. He heard the gentleman that we got it from talking about it being a playhouse and that was all it took for him to "want" it for his playhouse.
I just cannot say not to those big blue eyes, asking if he could have it for a playhouse, "after all I have been wanting a new playhouse mommy....lol I know that he will outgrow in and then it will be mine again. It is very well made, so it should last that long, but then again I do have a little boy that will be "playing" in it...lol In the mean time, my DH and I will just have to build a new coop.
