We have started letting the girls free range during the day. It's now part of my 9 year olds chores to go open up their coop in the morning and check at night and make sure they are all "tucked in" before dark. We got home late tonight and it was already dark, so my husband went out to check....and lookee what he found! Question now is....can we eat them or do we need to toss the first couple of eggs? The brown ones are nice size, but that white one seems a little small. Will they lay larger eggs as they older?
