That dont hold true all the time...
There are some Red earlobe breeds that lay white eggs...
For example the Lamonas, and some lines of gamefowl have red earlobes and a lightly tinted to White egg.

Long day, and it IS a white chicken...

There are some breeds, however, that do lay white eggs... like my Dorkings... but that is certainly not a Dorking!

I'm going to go against the grain here and say cockerel it does have a cockerel face, kinda angry looking! an upright stance and what looks like hackle development, the saddle may just be late, one tail feather seems to be developing at a curve too, need to give it more time, are you 100% sure on the age?
