Have you tried scrambled eggs? There's what looks like a scab on her keel bone. It could be from it rubbing against the roost.

I may have missed it, but how old is she? What do you feed? Do you have a rooster?my chicken today I noticed has been sitting in the coop puffed out neck tucked in obviously not feeling good when I picked her up I noticed by her tail she’s lost lots of feathers as well as under her vent area has lost lots of feathers and the skin looked quit irratated any advice would be appreciated thank you alll
We have a rooster but he does not pick on the girls he’s very protective I don’t know the last time she laid as we have 35 chickens and get roughly 25 eggs a day I don’t watch them all day to know who’s laying they get fed layer and scratch as well as food scraps I have a specific area with ashes in it and dirt for them to dust in I don’t know what her poop looks like as there are 35 chickens pooping and I can check her crop in the morning and post pictures of her feet in the morning as far as I can tell her feet look fine i thought I saw a few feathers that looked like they were growing in new but thank you for the advice I will post pictures tmr morning of her feetI may have missed it, but how old is she? What do you feed? Do you have a rooster?
Her feathers are broken and stripped.
Can you post a photos of her legs and feet?
What does her poop look like?
I agree with @azygous Check her crop to make sure it's empty in the morning before she eats/drinks.
I don't really see any new feather growth at this time, so I don't believe she is molting.
Does she have access to loose dirt and take dust baths?
It's good that you dusted her with Permethrin, you need to follow up with that in 7-10days. Dusting your other chickens might be wise as well as cleaning out your housing and treating that too.
Does this girl lay eggs? If so, when was the last time she laid an egg?
What type of roosting bars do you have?

I agree but I am the only one in the chicken coop and my hens haven’t ever hurt each other or picked on each other other then when we introduce younger pullets then they are establishing the pecking order but she’s been in the coop awhile and has established herself she is about one year oldLooks like someone is pulling her feathers
She hasn’t been eating the past few daysLooks like you can see her keel bone protruding. Looks like she’s got some type of skin infection too (the yellow along her breast bone.) I don’t see pin quills. To me she looks thin and her feathers are in poor condition. Suggests parasites. Perhaps even enemic. Can you monitor her food intake? What does her crop feel like.
