The yellow on her breast bone is a scab she must have scraped it falling or being pushed off one of the roostsLooks like you can see her keel bone protruding. Looks like she’s got some type of skin infection too (the yellow along her breast bone.) I don’t see pin quills. To me she looks thin and her feathers are in poor condition. Suggests parasites. Perhaps even enemic. Can you monitor her food intake? What does her crop feel like.
