Lost a duck the other night

Not a Coyote its definitely a fox. The tail is far to bushy and long for a coyote. Its also not tall enough for a coyote.

No pictures last night, fresh hole dug to get through the outer chain link fence though. No digging around the duck house or run. I need to get another camera on this area.

You can buy a trap on Amazon that can be used for fox or coyote the sooner you get it and set it up the better

It managed to avoid the snare we had set over it’s entrance point. I knew I should have put a camera there to see how, but I also didn’t want any pictures of it caught. I still only get one picture of it casing the pen. I have a time though and maybe we can just shoot it tonight. It doesn’t even come that late.

Called in a professional to get the fox. Unfortunately his permit says “relocate within the county” so now it gets to be someone else’s problem. Great plan DNR, great plan.
We asked if he could relocate it to the bottom of the lake.

that's when ya call a fur trapper instead lol, but at least it's gone, hopefully it doesn't come back and bring new friends as was relocated, for that reason alone they are hard to catch they get trap savvy

Well he is a trapper but he has to get a permit from the DNR to remove a nuisance animal out of season I guess.
