Lost cause?

Apparently my four year old unplugged the incubator yesterday morning when he vacuumed his bedroom (I know, he's awesome, right?) It was probably unplugged for about six hours, but the lowest temp it got was about 70 degrees (when I discovered it).


These were muscovy duck eggs on day 5. Is it a lost cause?
 
they will be fine.. keep goin..candle them in a week or two, if their bad ,chuck em, but your not hurting anything by leaving them in there!
 
I agree don't give up.

I don't know anything about hatching ducks, but don't forget the internal temperature of the egg takes a while to cool down to the ambient temperature. Keep 'em going!!!!
