I will definitely keep a close eye on her and hopefully it will just go down on it's own, or at least not get any worse. Thanks for your help!Her pupils looks more normal in the latest picture, so that is a relief. So is having the vaccine. I would just let her do what she feels like doing. Just keep an eye on her for any change.
Okay, that does make me feel a little better because I had found a vet earlier today and thought about taking her in to see if they could lance it, but at the same time it worried me that it might just aggravate things more.It may or may not go away if it is a small abscess, but if she were mine, I would probably leave it alone, since I am leaning towards it being a cyst. If you reread some of the earlier posts in this thread by @azygous, she described a virus in her flock (lymphoid leukosis) that can cause similar bumps or cysts. Someday hopefully a long time from now, you could get a necropsy on her, just to find out what caused these bumps. Your state poultry vet is the best to contact if you want to do this, and a few other states newby may do them as well. Here is a list of state vets:
