Lump on bill?

I noticed that one of my Saxony ducks has a lump on their bill. Some online sleuthing reveals others that have had slightly similar issues, but a bit different. This bump is hard and has no discoloration. I checked inside of the mouth and noted nothing abnormal.

Here's a blurrier picture but you can see the lump a bit better.

Anything to be super concerned about? Something to keep an eye on and see if it goes away/changes?

That was on my drake drake once. I think he hurt his bill and so the bill "skin" just grew over it I'm thinking. It disappeared not too long ago. Not sure what it actually was though

Looks like a water blister that will go away.
