Lumps/cysts developing all over chicken’s head and neck! Help!

Here’s a few more pictures. I took a couple new ones. I do see a little bit of a white powdery color on one side of her comb. And I included a picture of the side that appears unaffected but has the cysts on her earlobe. She wouldn’t hold still enough for me to get a better view of that.
She seems “fine” or at least not bothered by it. But her feathers are tattering. And the lumps I found in her skin upon more inspection seem to be more like new feathers.
Do I lance these cysts? I get nervous about messing with them too much because she wiggles.

Also the yellow around her beak is egg yolk.

I would just leave them alone for a few weeks.

The facial area is highly vascular, so lancing them would be my last choice. If it's pox they will eventually go away on their own.

The only danger is if they stop eating and drinking, or get wet pox lesions that cover their trachea. If you hen has pox it's a very mild case. . Don't worry, I think you'll be fine.

She is eating and drinking, but this morning I noticed that she wasn’t as interested in food. I did get her to eat a little egg soaked whole wheat wrap... but she seems to not like that nearly as much as the egg soaked bread! I’m trying my next go to food, soupy egg. Then she’s getting nurtri-drench... Do I separate her? She is very attached to her sister.

Try some wet chicken feed. You can doctor it up with bits of egg, a tsp of plain yogurt for probiotics, and only mix what she can eat in a day so it doesn't spoil or get moldy.

I’m not at all familiar with antibiotics safe for chickens. What should I get from TSC? That’s the only place I have locally to start her today unless u have time to ship something.

Pox is a virus, so I wouldn't give antibiotics. Get yourself a digital kitchen scale and weigh her every 2-3 days. If she loses weight, let us know and we'll come up with a plane for you.
