I love Muscovy's they have to be some of the sweetest natured and trusting ducks there is. They live long lives well never long enough My oldest drake was 12 and my oldest now is 12. She has arthritis in her hip but still keeps going. This is Ruthie she was 12 last month

I am a fairly new muscovy owner. I got my babies in December last year. I have absolutely fallen in love with this breed. Alice is about to hatch her eggs and I just cant wait!! Now I honestly dont know the names different colors so if anyone wants to help me out that would be great! That's Momma & Snowy

What awesome, beautiful ducks! I am so excited for you to have ducklings soon! You will love them so much! You don't have to feel bad about showing everyone pics! Muscovies are just so cute, it's hard to resist. I do the same thing!

I agree with you, everything about them is so perfect! Ruthie is a pretty duck!

I used to have a White Muscovy hen named Muffy, also! I think Muffy and Ducky are Chocolate Pied Canizie (Whitehead) Muscovies.
Hope is a Blue Fawn Muscovy.
Momma Duck is a Black and White Pied Muscovy.
Snowy is a White Muscovy.
Elvis is a Blue Pied Muscovy.
Tim is a Chocolate Muscovy.
I'm not exactly sure what Alice is. She might be a Barred or a Rippled Muscovy or a Black Pied Muscovy.

I had three solid white scovy hens their names were Lavern and Shirley and Alice they had the most gorgeous blue eyes.

I'll be honest; I used to hate muscovies and think they were the ugliest thing in the world. That was until I got my first muscovy and fell in love with the breed. Unfortunately, my last two muscovies were taken by a fox early last year, and I haven't gotten any new ones. However, here are some pictures of them nesting together.
