Magpie Ducks ready for adoption!
Hand-raised, gorgeous, Magpie ducklings hatched on May 1st. They are beautiful, intelligent, easy to handle, mid-sized duck. These ducks are housed similarly to backyard chickens.
Before you consider adoption.....you must be committed to the responsibilities that come along with acquiring one or more of these critically endangered ducks. These ducks are pets.....not livestock. Magpies do not fly, therefore, they are extremely vulnerable to predators such as, raccoons, possums, fox, and dogs. They must be secured into a predator proof enclosure EVERY night, without exception.

If you want an elegant, decorative breed of duck to admire in your backyard, consider the Magpies. With their sharp black and white markings, they look like they are wearing tuxedos. We have a total of 3 male ducks available for adoption......blue/white, black/white, and ALL white.
Magpies are a very calm breed of ducks and make wonderful pets producing delicious large white eggs!
