My best hatch from shipped eggs so far has been from individually bubble wrapped eggs in a plastic grocery bag snugged to nestle them together, then padded all around. I've had eggs shipped in containers padded with bubble wrap, fiberfill, and shredded paper. Pretty minimal damaged eggs all the way around, only losing one shipment to rough handling (multiple detached air cells, eggs never developed or died early). That one was well packed, but by the looks of the box they were in, were the ball in a round of soccer.
