Hi Everyone,
Have not kept up.
The good news is I recieved my new computer.
The bad news is I could not go on the internet until I recieved a CD from AOL..................
Which took forever .it seemed.
AnywayThen I could not get into BYC..........kept asking for my password.....like I am organized enough
to have written it down grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
The support staff helped me and here I am.
Have 8 new chicks hatched 1 Thursday.7 Christmas eve.
They are beautiful. 5 BLRW's ( think I did that backward).an d three EE's.
Will practice with posting pictures tommorow.
Off to catch up on the last umpteen pages..................

Hey guys I am having problems with my volunteer judges. Is there anyone here not participating in the New Years Day hatch that would like to judge for me? I need 4-5 more people.

I can't because I've submitted an entry.... although I don't need the BYC calendar, as I have one.

(So, if my entry does win, I would gladly donate the Calendar to the first runner up.)

But if I were voting, MY favorite of those is the chick on the dinner plate, with the kid holding knife and fork! That's very funny and clever at the same time.

FINALLY OFF WORK (19 minutes ago) for 24 hours at least. I do not ever want to do 72 hrs in a row again.

Today is a perfect day to have off. It has been blizzarding since about 8 PM last night. The wind is atrocious. There is so much snow! My boyfriend was over at 3 am to plow me out but I'll need to spend a good portion of my day snowblowing and shoveling, especially the chicken run (after I attempt a nap of course). My girls have never had a day that I've denied them entry to the outside, but I had to today. We've got 45 mph wind and there's 3 foot snow drifts. Not good chicken weather. I'm hoping it calms down in the afternoon so I can let them out.

Almost to Saturday!

Hope everyone else on the east coast affected by this crazy storm still has power.
