I closed this thread for a moment - and couldn't get back on.
This is getting kinda crazy - there are seriously enough people on that I couldn't connet. It didn't happen with any other site I tried. Just BYC.

I am not normally competitive in ANY way but darn it, I want that incubator and I want those hatching eggs. I will have to resist holding the last egg closed just to win. (I really do like the idea of a die-hard contest) Will be interesting to see just how long they can take.

I went to add water to the Brinsea Eco 20, and didn't put the lid back on correctly, so it was not locked down..............what are the odds????????????

Lotsapaints, snow level is supposed to be down to 2000 ft. here in the Phoenix area as well. Raining pretty well at the moment too. My rain gauge says just over an inch so far today, but it may be exaggerating a little, but not by much. Had to put a 20X30 ft tarp over the AZ room to try and keep the run from turning into a swamp again. Piled dirt around the coop to keep the water out as well. So far so good. The ducks are enjoying the rain more than the hens.

How do MAKE a rooster crow? Mine crow till I walk outside and then they look around like it was someone else.

OMG! The people across the street have like 20 game roos. They're crowing up a storm. Can I take a picture of one of them????? LOL

Neighbor down the street probably has just as many.

Since I don't know my neighbors do you think they'd get peeved?

Any other time mine would be crowing like crazy, but now?? Nope! Even Bling Bling (BLP) is quiet.

No eggs. No Crowing.

Why did I want chickens again?
