That is an awesome tip, ty so much!

Would have been handy 5000 posts ago...lol. There was so many posts I wanted to respond too, but chose not too for fear of loosing my place!

Once I hit submit, and it goes to the post I just made, I close that tab and go back to original one........and it really works well until you do what I did just a few minutes ago and close the wrong tab

I have had a few like that as well, and I just left them alone. They came apart pretty quickly, I think just being dried out a bit helps it very quickly.

How long has the chick been hatched?

It's been hatched around 2.5 hours. I guess I'll leave it alone and see what happens. The chick itself is still quite wet so I'm hoping as it dries out so will the cord. Alright, thanks for the help guys!

Ah, Warden, come on back, I'm sorry, I really thought you were just fooling with us, I never would have said you were lying, that's just not me. Everybody's been joking and playing around so much, I figured it was just another joke. Please don't leave because of me.

None of mine have hatched I am so sad I was really looking forward to this one the sport of it all was very exciting and fun.
I will wait a while longer and see what develops I have the brooder cranked up and ready just in case.

I also have saved up another 31 eggs waiting to go in the bator as soon as these are done if they ever get done lol.........grr
