Mine will be ducks eggs so they go in on the 4th. We did find a nice pretty duck at the feed store though I have no idea what he is.

onthespot - did you catch anything? When we lived in Florida we used to go deep sea fishing and had a blast if I didn't get sea sick.

Never caught anything real big but caught some tastey fish.

Thanks Kathy . No , three seems to be it though I'm waiting a few more hours before giving up on the last two . I had fertility problems and now questions about who sired who also LOL . I expected all yellow chicks ; I have a yellow from a CX egg , and a blue and a chipmunk from EE eggs . Evidently my Ameraucanas were covering pullets before I knew it and had no chicks from the big CX boys . Still don't know how one can be chipmunk .

They're going to be seperated long enough in Dec but not sure yet if the CX cockerals and pullets will be doing better with their fertility issues . I'm going to have to make dividers before the next hatch to keep chicks seperate .
