I did put 7 into lockdown....My temps were low for two different days this hatch...so I am not even looking for any to hatch until Sunday at the earliest.

from previous post #3719
I will never buy eggs to have shipped to me after Thanksgiving again. First...sent priority mail. Took 4 days to arrive instead of the usual 2. Second...Rough handling! The post office really did a number on these!

Ordered 48.
Was sent 52.

4 arrived broken - one severely crushed - 2 I did not know were broken until candling before incubation
4 were clear
5 had detached air cells
14 were completely scrambled
4 had blood rings
14 quitters (candled on day 12 - no change on day 18)
7 good

Marking my spot too! My dad just called to tell me that our 11 year old black lab was in front of his house a 1/2 mile down the street and got hit by a car.. Thankfully he has nothing broken.. but pretty banged up. So off to pamper the pup.....

Egg pip has gotten a tiny bit larger. I know, day 19. WAY too early.
It's a Halo w/bw Ameraucana!

Yeah, I got a smile on my face.

Amazing how quickly you folks notice little changes in one's tag line.

... gotta get ready for a wedding reception. Sent DS #1 to Wally World and he couldn't find 5-HTP anywhere.

DS#3 says, "What does that stand for? 5 rolls of Handy Toilet Paper?"

He is the family comedian.

I have to go and find something to use...................my DH would not even notice if I used one of his Rubbermaid thingies...............................BRB

My kids are wondering what's wrong with me. "Dad you don't have the cardboard box set up in the kitchen, do you think none of them will hatch?!!".

Chips off the ol' block.
