OK, so I have had my last three eggs in the incubator each with a tiny pip since last night. No peeping, rocking, or zipping. I started to think they had died after pipping. Since I have the Brinsea Advance and I'm a rebel, I quickly scooped them out, took them into the dark pantry and candled them. I could see the little beaks moving in all three so I quickly returned them to the incubator. I was minding my own business a few minutes later when something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye. It was this little Mille Fleur Cochin looking right at me. It couldn't have been more than 10-12 minutes after returning them to the bator that I took this pic. Must have scared him out of the shell! I hope the other two follow his lead. I would like to clean the Brinsea and get it off my desk!
Everyone else is safely tucked away in the newborn brooder next to my desk. And yes, that is a chip clip holding the lid up!

OK, here is a picture of my "sticky" chick .... this is hours after hatch and is dry! It will eventually fluff up in a couple days. And a picture of hatch mate, same breed (Cochin), same hatch.
Someone asked about 'normal' humidity/appearance.. If they come out gushing fluid everywhere and the chick looks like it just got out of the shower.. too wet..
If the chick is sticky, has shell chunks everywhere, has dried gunk or plastered together fuzz when drying, too dry (looks like dipped in egg yolk)..
They should pretty much look a little 'damp' and slide out with no problems and no gushy stuff.. and dry to a fluffball. For lack of a better term.
