If she is able to get up and around at all, it is probably not splay leg. It often takes a day for them to steady themselves on their legs. Look at the picture in that link .... is it like that?

I've had a few that have very slight splay leg (where it can stand and hobble around) and they get stronger as they get older without intervention. I do give them chicken physical therapy (where I make them walk a few times a day - put them on a towel out of the brooder and make them come to my hands - or run for crickets once they're a few days old, I add grit the first day, of course) which strengthens their legs.
