I’ve only got one, but that’s because it’s what I can afford, with usually 50% to 70% hatch rate, and a reasonable capacity. (15 medium- large eggs sideways, or 20 sitting on the ends. I do 15 because it seems like they turn better. It holds about 30 or 40 quail eggs, in case you need to know that.)

On another note, this is the quietest little group of chicks I’ve ever had!
I feel like I’m constantly peeking in on them to make sure they’re alive

Both on the wrong end.. is that from low humidity? I did try a dry hatch this go around.

I have no idea. I always dry hatch and very seldom have it happen so
Mooney is probably just trying to be difficult. Or a drama.

I’ve never had it before this hatch, I think that’s the only thing I’ve done differently they're just special I guess.

Humidity can definitely effect the chicks position at hatch... too dry or too wet, unstable during the entire cycle. Where are the air cells in these eggs?
