It's impossible to tell at that age what sex it is by looking at it. By now though, it should be starting to quack if it is a girl.

What color is the little "bean" on the bill?

A caramel colored bean on a slate colored bill means girl. If the bill starts to turn yellow (and the head dark greenish black)...boy.
