Male losing neck feathers

Hi there
Im a complete newbie to ducks so please help! We have one swedish drake and 4 white campbell girlies. I have noticed lots of feathers in the enclosure and duck house over the last week and my drake seems to have lost lots of feathers on the back of his neck. Could this be moulting? and would this stop my girls from laying?

Could be moulting and yes when they moult they don't lay too much stress on them to do both, see if you can get some good poultry vitamins to put in their water for extra support while they are going through moult. and

You ought to see mine it's not from moulting but from the scraps my drakes get into once in a while they look half plucked.
