Male or female?

White crested black polishes! I know the one with her tail up is a gal but what about the one with the tail down?? I think its a female but not sure? The feathers on top are bigger and fluffier too (tho the pic doesnt show it)

and I'm betting that one with the big wattles is a cockerel as well.
