Thanks for reporting this. Is there any chance you guys could send us a HAR file of what you are experiencing? There is an easy way to do this by following these steps:

the site works fine with no ad whatsoever on my phone

on my laptop.. i didn't notice any ads either

but i'm using firefox with noscript + ADP

this site is pretty much quickly to load and post and most sites out there imo..

I am using a pc and I dont know what noscript and adp are....

i don't know which browser you are using on your laptop/pc

but each of them will have add ons..even the same ones i'm using


for firefox-- these are the two that i use

no script is a bit complicate for some users..it will block all java script (which is not the best since most sites use java script)-- so you have to adjust the settings accordingly.

for you.. maybe ADP should be sufficient

Ad block plus (ADP) is probably the easiest to use for most people-- it will block most ads from sites

Would love to help, but F12 on my lap top is the wifi button so I loose the connection and nothing comes up. I'm on Windows 10.

I unchecked the ads just to see what would happen and it went right back to super slow. CPU usage spiking over 80%. As I was trying to navigate thru the pages of BYC I got a prompt to download Adobe flash player that defender stopped. The link that was trying be opened was thooblists-n-profits.com not Adobe. Same link has been reported earlier today on the Adobe forums. Here's the link to that. https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2159249

Something very odd is obviously going on with the ads. The only difference between the site working perfectly and all this trouble is ad or ads off.

I just got that same link/page malware alert flashing and prompted to report phishing site
