That may be why I like him, I'm looking at him like a black copper. I don't do Wheaton

Wheaten Standard Cock


Comb, Face, Wattles and Ear-Lobes: Bright red.
Beak: Light horn shading to white at tip.


Eyes: Reddish bay.

Shanks and Toes: Pinkish white.

Head: Golden red to brow-red head.


Neck: Hackle— Light orange, free from dark feathers.

Front of neck—black.
Back: Back—Lustrous bright red. Saddle—Lustrous light orange free from dark feathers.


Tail: Main Tail, Main and Lesser Sickles, Coverts—Black with reddish cast in shafting of lesser sickles.

Wings: Fronts—Black, Shoulders and
Bows—Bright reddish bay.

Coverts: Lustrous bluish black forming wing bar.
Primaries: Black, lower webs edged in bay.

Secondaries: Black, bay on outer web of surface to form

Breast: Black with green luster.
