That silly Charlotte. She is a strong willed one. Sounds like my sassy she does what she wants when she wants until it gets really dark then she is a wuss lol. Sounds like you got alot done today. Chips, dip, and beer sounds good! Maybe I will go make some nachos lol.

Well, rubbed myself down with emu oil and icy hot, took some aspirin, and I'm off to bed. That stupid bean dip will probably wake me up at 3am!

Gees, if my back was a perfect Marans tail set, I'd be the winner. I'm at a 45* angle

Okay so I'm using my LG forced air and automatic turner on these eggs I set Friday and the temp has beem freaking out! I have always set my bator in the same place... no drafts, no windows, no registers. I should of used my cabinet bator this thing makes me so frustrated.

Mornin everyone!

Hope you got some good restful sleep Debbi!

Yesterday I spent some time with my birds and am really happy with how my little birchen girls are filling out and coloring up. I do have two gold birchens...and wouldn't you know it...they have the best body type out of any of them. its so frustrating.... My question out there to you genetics whizzes....can a Gold birchen hen crossed with a Silver birchen Roo ever produce silver offspring? I know that I've read somewhere that the hen is responsible for the color of the offspring when it comes to birchens...but maybe I'm trying to give these girls one last chance at being worth something...I really like these girls...
