If you want all blue coppers breed the blue and blue copper pullet to the splash roo. Now....the kiddos from the blue not showing any copper may come out showing little to none in the first generation. It can take a couple or more gens. to get the copper correct when using a blue that doesn't show it.
If you want a variety of blue, black and splash you could leave both roos over your gals and get all three colors.
Splash x Splash = 100% Splash
Blue x Blue = 50% Blue , 25% Splash and 25% Black
Blue x Splash = 50% Blue and 50% Splash
Splash x Black = 100% Blue
Blue x Black = 50% Blue and 50% Black
Black x Black = 100% Black
