Ok, should have read your other thread firstDo you have the normal range adjustment sheet that came with the incubator? It has a normal range and a wide range adjustment sheet. Of course, I can only find the wide range sheet at the moment! Go to the GQF website and you can view the sheet, should get you where you need to be.
Have you tried the last paragraph on the wide range adjustment PDF? http://www.gqfmfg.com/pdf/1588 WIDE RANGE ADJUSTMENT.pdf I have done this before and it returns the incubator to the factory setting which is 100 deg. You can then follow the directions for the normal range 1/2 - 1 deg. settings if you don't want it at 100 deg. and it should work. Worst case scenario...... GQF now sells the new digital top separately that you can put on the old incubator. Not cheap but cheaper than a whole new incubator. For 3 doz. eggs maybe a consideration to have it shipped next day.
