He does look as though he is the rumpless type, however, he is YOUNG, give him some more time. If he is going to get those tail feathers back he will. If they have been picked at by others, my bet is, he will grow them back after or during his next molt. Seperated him for a couple of weeks, but he just got hurt trying to get back to his hens, so I gave up. He has amazing toe feathering. All on the outside toe and I love how big he is. Not sure about his hackle feathers. But I love how his build is. He was the biggest out of all the roos.

My pullets either have alot or a little feathering, it varies. A couple have what looks like eye leakage. So I would appreciate your input here. Can learn unless I better myself
