Jan - you'll be able to tell in another week for sure!

I find the girls often have a greyish or flesh colored comb, but it stays very SMALL until much, much later.

The boys' start pinking up and/or stay flesh colored, but the points are much more prominent, even at a very young age.

Vicki - For the BLRW, you mean move the girls to the layer house and grow the boys for another couple months in the freezer house? yep - sounds like the perfect plan!

As for the Marans, did you see any real loser who shouldn't move up to the big Marans pen?
