Ok, the gutting part. I don't recall how I did it years ago. I do know that part isn't like rabbits! Cut a hole, reach in and yank??![]()
yeah and rinse out the inside. With extra cockerals that we process we actually take just the breast meat off and maybe the legs if there is enough meat on them- most don't have enough meat else where to make it worth the effort.
