March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

I don't think you have to quit this thread - eggs and babies are so much fun - it is great to talk to everyone about them.
I thought I would be able to leave the bator alone this time.......hahaha.....I am only on day 4 and all I want to do is keep looking at the eggs......I couldn't resist and candled 7 out of the 41 and they all are viable......I hate waiting......I can hardly wait to see these Buckeye chicks....I know the little cochin eggs will hatch first.....they look great.....the duck eggs will take the longest......they look great so far.....the NH eggs should be right there with the Buckeye eggs.....sit on my hands......no go check the bator. Go look at the 19 babies in the brooder.....sit onmy hands.....go check the bator.......arghhhh it is a good thing I work during the week or I would drive myself crazy looking at the eggs all the time!

Oh, I'm not planning on giving up, yet. All of my eggs are blue or brown. I will get the strongest flashlight I can find today and try again.... Thanks for the encouragement...

On the bright side... I got 6 new fuzzy butts from the feed store on Wednesday. Three BO's and 3 more EE's....

I bought a nice little flashlight from our local Pamida - it has 45 lumens and I can see through my darkest NH eggs with very little problem just by cupping my hand around the end and holding the egg right in my hand.

So far I have the following:

44 due on the 6th
45 due on the 13th
51 due onthe 16th
70 due on the 20th

210 due in March so far...I still have at least 12+ that are being shipped to me...plus I will add all of my darkest green eggs...

Added 4 "dominicker" eggs to my 'bator. Stopped by the farmer that has some of my sister's old show goats, and we walked by the chicken pen. He walked in, collected the eggs in his hat, than gave them to me. He had about a dozen hens and 2 roosters. They were Dominque, they all had rose combs. One of the roosters looked washed out. He was white with thin bars. He wanted to cull it, but his wife wouldn't let him. He breeds them, so they are pure, and he culls out the 'bad' ones. He gave me 7 but I could only fit 4 in, so now I'm up to 41 eggs.
