And just when the fun is starting, I have to leave for a Dr. appt.. Oh, well... I've got chicks! Five more have pipped, like I've said before, it just never gets old.

Today is day 21 and I have three hatched and five more pipped!

My question is, One of the chicks hatched yesterday. So by the time I take them all out she will be in there for maybe 36+ hours..... Is that OK? I don't want to open the incubator and loose humidity.

IT'S PIPPING DAY!!!! After a discouraged earlier post, I went back to check broody and her eggs and the WLH/RIR egg that is on day 21 is wiggling and peeping! There's a small chip on one side and mama hen is doing her thing to protect it! I am so so so excited! Even if this is the only baby that's ok with me!

I'm doing a staggered hatch with a Brower as the incubator and a LG as the hatcher. Hope I don't fry everybody lol

I currently use a hova-bator (stryrofoam). It is brand new and I was told they are junk!
