March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

Waiting for some Brahma eggs. Hopefully I'll have more luck then with the last silkie hatch.

Also, I have three brahmas now and they are very personable and friendly chickens.

Which breeds made it? I know you got Marans and BLRWs from Kirstie.

I have two of my 4 BLRW chicks with pips now. The waiting always drives me nuts!!

15 of the 16 EE eggs and 2 of my 3 BLRW eggs are still growing for my March 18th hatch

Several of the BLRW's from hers and mine, 2 marans are showing movement, and maybe one of the blue eggs. ( I can't spell the breed so I won't even try)

No blue cochins though, I think their breeding days are over anyway. They are just too old I think. And 7 of my call babies looked like they survived, they are due sometime this weekend.

Kristie is just awsome!! She is sooo sweet.

That is great! Should be fun to see what you get out of the Ameraucana egg! It will be interesting to see what your chicks from the BLRWs look like. I have Paul hens and a Gregg Catt line Rooster that I have been hatching chicks from. The Catt rooster is throwing awesome heads. I have 3 pullets from Kirstie, 2 Black laced red (Foley's) and 1 blue laced red (Blue Poultry.) They have taken a liking to my Blue Poultry rooster (I know your rooster from Kirstie is BP) so I hope to have eggs to incubate from them soon.

Good luck with your hatch!

I had 3 chicks hatch yesterday! They're mixed so they are all different colors. I'm excited to see what they look like when they feather out. I'd love to post pictures but I'm not sure how to do it from my phone and my computer is being worked on.
