March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

Ummmm... I have 3 Octagon20 Advance EX units, 2 MiniAdvance EX units, 1 MiniAdvance (no humidity pump) and I USED to have 4 others, but I have given or loaned those to other people.

Yup, the 'bators are in my guest bedroom on a table and two shelves of a tall bookcase.

I had not seen gold laced or silver laced Cochins before, either, so I am looking forward to what may hatch out of those eggs. Oh, like I don't look forward to any other type of hatching chick?!?! Doh.

Day 5... Mom got off the eggs for about 4 hours on day two (she wanted to move nest boxes... i spent that long moving her back to the crate before i finally said "to heck with it" and locked her up with her own feed and water)

that nothing bad happened....

Hate to hear that. I had a power outage a few years back and power was out for 12 hours or so. I still had a few hatch even though they where around room temp for that long.

. this will be the 1st time i have hatched out duck eggs

HHandbasket, if your incubator still works the eggs should be just fine. Embrios just stop developing when the temperatures goes below 26 degrees Celsius (so about 78 Fahrenheit) but they don't die (at least not that soon).

Can I join in? I loaded my new Brinesa Eco 20 with 36 eggs on Sunday night so hatch day is March 13.

I was able to fit in:
10 of our BLRW
6 of our Olive Eggers
7 of our bantam cochin
7 of our Orp pullet eggs
and 6 serama eggs from a local friend.

Hoping for a fantastic hatch!!!!
