March Hatch A Long... anyone with me??

I set a baker's dozen today 6:00 pm - daddy's beardless -Ameraucana and the girls are one of the following: EE/RIR/BSL/JG/GLW/silkie mixes

WA4-Hpoultrymom - No, they are from a friend whose bator died after he had started collecting. I incubate and keep half the chicks from his gorgeous eggs. Good deal for me.

First time post-er here! My pretty blue eggs should be here Thursday or Friday (fingers crossed) and I've got my incubator semi-ready. I hatched chickens for a science fair in fourth (or fifth?) grade and I'm using the same incubator design my dad and I (mostly dad of course but I did the egg turning!) built but added styrofoam to the interior of the box. I have a couple questions I can't quite nail down a straight answer through my internet research....humidity 50-55% for the first 18, then what? How much ventilation do I need in the first 18? Then how much in the last 3? I have a small fan blowing over 2 of the 3 small vents in the top.
