Where did you get this Welsummer cockerel from @KDOGG331 ?
Did the other two unvaccinated chickens come with him and if not where did you get those?
I know people like to blame wild birds for Mareks, but it's a bit like Covid-19 with respect to the fact that it is believed most Mareks cases are passed chicken to chicken, or infected environment to chicken. It would seem in this case likely that your cockerel had the disease when you got him, or your vaccinated birds are carriers.

She hatched him with the other two and vaccinated girls.

I hatched him myself in November along with 8 other chicks. Still have 3 of those chicks including him. My other birds are all vaccinated so I really think he probably got it from them. 😭
