I’m not sure. Don’t they need like blood or more advanced testing or something??? I feel like it’s stupid not to send it in because I do need to know for sure but now the body is what? Like 2 days old? Day and a half? And by the time I ship it, probably even longer and by then it may be bad unless I pay for overnight. I could possibly drive it to either lab. They’re both about 2 hours away but that’s a lot of driving so idk.Didn't @casportpony say it was pretty straight forward to do it yourself? If that doesn't make you queasy, I would suggest that.
Okay, thank you. That’s good to know. I will call. On the website of one it says “freshly dead animal” which I’m not sure he qualifies anymore but I could see. That lab is also slightly more.The body is not to old to do it yourself, and unless it's warm, probably not too old for a lab either. I suggest you call the other labs the lady suggested and figure out what it takes to get it done. Do not delay, do it now and get him shipped off today.
